What payment methods do
you accept?
We accept most. If you do
not wish to use the online
payment processor for card
payments just click the ''pay
by invoice'' icon next
to each product. You can
then pay by cheque etc.
What are your delivery
times?
Most products are with our
clients within 2-3 days.
Some products which are
marked with a
*
can hold a slightly longer
delivery. This is rare but
can be an additional 2-3
days.
I need a Saturday
delivery?
That is not a problem. We
can arrange Saturday
deliveries but they do incur
an additional fee. Please
call us for more
information.
My product hasn't reached
me yet?
Please call our office so
that we can obtain tracking
details for you.
Your product range is
huge. How do I know which
products to choose?
We understand that we do
have a very large selection
but this is to apply to
every need. To help clients
out we have marked our most
popular for last year. If
you are still stuck just
call our office to speak to
one of our advisors.
What warranty do you
offer and what is your
returns policy?
Please view our

How do your products
compare to similar on the
market?
We are the market leaders.
Many companies on the market
are re-selling our products
re-branded. You are buying
from the manufacturer, not a
reseller.
Is it possible to
dispatch my order the same
day for next day delivery?
I may be possible. It is
best to order before 10:00am
for same day dispatch. You
are however advised to call
our offices to check before
hand.
Why are you so much
cheaper than other
suppliers? We do our
best to keep our prices as
low as possible. Our company
is very cleverly organised
and we have very good
relationships with our
suppliers. This means that
you still get the same great
quality but at a cheaper
price. Can I collect?
Collection is possible. You
need to complete the
pay by invoice form and
choose collection. We will
then contact you to arrange
a time to collect.
I cannot see the pages
properly on your website?
This is probably a problem
with your cache. We may have
updated the pages and your
PC has stored the old ones.
All you need to do is hold
shift whilst pressing
refresh. |
