Delivery
We process all orders as
they are received and goods
are sent out as soon as we
receive credit card
authorisation. Goods should
reach the customer within
three working days from
receipt of order, usually
much sooner. If this is not
possible we will contact the
customer and inform them.
Goods are delivered either
by courier or by post,
depending on their size and
value.
Delivery Prices
Delivery prices are clearly
stated on the website when
you proceed to checkout.
These delivery charges apply
to mainland UK only. Customers living outside
the UK will be contacted when we receive
their order, we will inform
them of the delivery charge
applicable to their specific
order before processing.
Payment:

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event a
product is found to be
faulty, we are happy to
replace it for you as per
Guarantee below. Please note
that we do not refund
purchases.
Guarantees
(reseller not included)
All of the our deodorising
machines come
with 3 months warranty.
During this 3 month period
you may return the Fog-It
machine if faulty and we
will repair or replace it.
Please note that the return
shipping costs are at the
clients expense, not ours.
Any products found to be
misused or otherwise damaged
by the owner or the owners
courier will not be replaced
by Fog-It.
Reseller Guarantees
Resellers of Fog-It products
do not have any
guarantee on machines. As a
reseller / distributer you
are liable for your own
guarantee and your own costs
of repair should the machine
develop a fault. By becoming
a reseller / distributer of
Fog-It products and taking
advantage of the reseller /
distributer price scheme you
agree to these terms.
Mistakes
In the event of a mistake
being made with a customers
bill, order, receipt or
payment, we will correct the
problem as soon as possible.
Complaints
Our customers are very
important to us. We promise
to acknowledge all
complaints within five
days and to resolve all
problems as quickly and
efficiently as we can.
Please email all complaints
to
sales@fog-it.co.uk. We
endeavour to resolve all
complaints within seven
working days.
Law
These terms & Conditions
are governed by English law
and are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts. |
